2. About HNCO

HNCO is a UK-registered non-profit organisation dedicated to providing clean water access to communities in need through the installation of hand water pumps and solar water pumps in Pakistan, Africa, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

3. Donations

All donations made through our website are processed securely via Stripe. By making a donation, you confirm that:

• The payment method you use belongs to you or you have authorisation to use it
• You are making a voluntary charitable contribution
• You understand that donations are non-refundable except in cases of processing error

4. Water Pump Installations

HNCO commits to installing water pumps as described on our website. Please note:

• Hand water pumps (£150) are typically installed within 2-3 weeks
• Solar water pumps (£1,800) are typically installed within 2-3 months
• Installation timelines may vary due to weather, logistics, or local conditions
• Completion reports with photographs are provided for individual pump donations
• Pooled contributions do not receive individual completion reports

5. Dedication Plaques

Donors funding a complete water pump (hand pump or solar pump) may request a dedication plaque with up to 25 characters. HNCO reserves the right to refuse any dedication text that is offensive, inappropriate, or does not align with our mission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of HNCO or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial purposes such as sharing information about our organisation.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party.
